week 4 into my Foundation course and I’m loving it! Waking up earlier and having to open the classroom door is kind of a pain-in-the-ass, especially when it’s monday morning. Yeah yeah, for those who don’t know, I’m the class rep. don’t ask me how did that happen, let’s just say it was a conspiracy made by my friends >.<” but I guess it isn’t so bad as I take turns with Ah Kau to open the door. By the way he’s my class ASSistant. He's such a darling sometimes XD

On Monday and Tuesday, I have Project classes. This is when our imaginations go wild. We have print making sessions, painting, drawing, wire sculpture… mostly conducted by miss guat ling and mr hafiz. And they’re very down-to-earth and always ready to help you whenever you are in distress. During the print making class, each of us were given half an hour to look for an image from the library. After that we were given a Perspex to carve our images on to it using a blade! Was really so much fun…

totally love this class although it eats most of my free time during the weekends.
Then on Thursday, we have drawing classes!! *groan* i can’t draw to save my life, hence the class is pretty boring. On the first day, we were taught the basics of drawing for the 1st 20min. after that… PLOP! The teacher dumps a vase and asked us to draw. Most of us were stunned. And later on during the day he placed a guitar and told us that was our next object to draw @.@ And the following week he placed all types of objects and told us to draw using charcoal!! And he did a demo on how to use the charcoal, which kind of freaked me out. I thought charcoals are only used for barbeque!!!

Me: Sir, do we have to draw everything so perfectly on our 1st try with charcoal?
Sir: Of course!

Sigh….

On Friday, it’s critical studies. For KBU… critical studies = history class.

9am-5pm

History class

Whoopee….

In the morning, there will be lectures about the bla bla bla. Then after a 10-minute break, there will be pop quiz! And as usual, miss mei yuin will fly into her own fantasy world during lecture and doesn’t listen to what poor miss Yvonne’s conveying in class. And miss mei yuin will totally screw up her quiz after that. Repeat cycle for the next 14 weeks, woot!!

Till now, we haven’t started our English class, so for the last 4 weeks, we’d been having free Wednesdays. Woohoo! And I’ve only went for ulty twice. It’s kinda fun I guess, but with everyone in their lil group of friends and refuse to mix around, it makes you wonder where all the fun went to, hmm.. Qilah’s joining me this week so I’ll see how it goes :P
And that’s it! That’s how I’ve been living in KBU for the pass month. Will try to update soon, as some people always bug me on how lazy I am on blogging (there’s no denying though)
