Daytrip

Drawing was our last class before the CNY holidays..

Wanted to check out the new mall which was near KBU, but i was afraid that it would still be quite empty. And so on the safer side, Naza, Qilah and myself went to 1 Utama.

After lunch, we went there and was trying to compromise on which movie to watch. After much of a debate, we decided on Inkheart (Brendan Fraser, bahhhhhhhh..)


The beginning was good. made me stop munching on my popcorn. And the end was good, predictable. Hey, it's a fairytale for God's sake :)

The middle of the show? it was a blur.. or more like i blurred out.
It got kind of boring to me. I started to day dream about my curry mee in Taiping (i'm coming for you!!!!) In fact, I almost fell asleep during the "climax". It was stale and let's all face it: anything involves Fraser is always a repetition from the other movies he stars in.

However....

The kelefehs aren't too shabby. I was amused with these characters more than the main characters (oops...). We have..

Yummy-licious Paul Bettany as Dustfinger...


and Andy Serkis as capricorn. (Golem~~ GoLEM~~~~~~~~~)


I would give this show a 5.5/10 :)

After the show, i dragged the two to MPH. Qilah got diverted to her beloved ice-cream. I bought Rotiboy, a bun from La Boheme and sushi (as if the world's gonna end :) ) And then we ate some more sushi (don't remember the name of the shop Qilah took us to... kaki, koki.. something like that) and she made us eat raw sushi. Mind you i eat fake sushi >.<" Naza downed hers with Qilah's green tea (which she wasn't very fond of it too) ahahhaa.. I had this brilliant idea of walking back to the hostel. I mean, come on... it's only a 30min walk and I did that before. So... we walked! There was only one small problem: the last time i walked, it was at about 7pm. Today, we walked.. at 5pm.. It was a VERY hot day. Hmm... I have no idea what i was thinking. After Naza made her way back home, I saw this signboard that says Jalan BU1/1 and i thought to myself: hey, I live near BU1/14. so i dragged Qilah with me. And so we walked.. And walked.... ... Walked... ..... I didn't realise we were 13 blocks away, hmm... Luckily Qilah found all these amusing (sorry!) Reached the hostel and i fell asleep, till the music from centrepoint started blasting TONG~ TONG TONG CHIANG!!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~

And people who thinks they're competing in American Idol sang. Wasn't a pretty sight. Like Hello~ go catch a flight to America! @.@
