Projects can sometime hit you pretty bad....

But for the pass 3 days, we've been staying up all day and night to complete our final project. I'm sure some of you have heard my ranting about the Human Sanctuary that I have to do.

It's basically a sanctuary where one feels safe from the outside world. So we're creating that based on flowers, such as the rose, heliconia, chrysantinum, lily, bird of paradise and ginger flower. my group got the bird of paradise.

Each flower has its own concept, based on moods.
rose - magical
ginger flower - dangerous
lily - crazy
heliconia - explorative
chrsyantinum - calm
bird of paradise - mysterious

It's not as easy as it sounds. And moreover, the lecturers are making us participate a Nando's competition where we'll submit our project. So we have to also think in terms of colour and designs that they use. Oh yeah, the theme for the competition is: the Nando's way.

What is the Nando's way? pouring peri peri sauce all over the sculpture? O.o

I'm not gonna complain about this project. In fact, I had more fun :D Sure, we do had problems (we were short-handed by 3 at one point) Nonetheless, we managed to pull it through. We even took turns to grab a short nap so we were able to work continuosly. It's alot of hard work and determination. I actually had fun and get to know my classmates better. It's really an experience I shall cherish always :)
