the main objective was to let the upper 6 students have a fun night before their STPM...(gosh, this sounds wayyyyy too formal) anyways... the lower6 students kinda took dat night as their night as well :P
everyone came to the restaurant lookin at their best. the gals look elegant n pretty in their gowns and the guys actually look smart in their ties =P nonetheless, everyone was glowin wif pride of their attire
i, however, happily bounce in in my t-shirt n skirt, cos i was suppose 2 dance with linet, annie, peng, aimei, cheehow, kuochin, chongyang n daniel....turns out dat oni me, cheehow and peng wore our dance outfit (which was literally jus tshirt as our top and pants for guys n skirt for gals), and the rest wore their formal attire. so much for all-for-one-n-one-for-all =.="
our dance was kinda an opening act b4 the dinner so we were super nervous. and the last minute, kuochin couldnt find his dance outfit (he claims that someone stole them) so he happily dance in his shirt, tie n all dat on stage wif a baseball cap on. dang, he looked so funny! later, turns out that no one stole his stuff, he just forgot to bring them >.<" the food was good. they had those lil fillet chicken pieces jab into a stick, which look kinda obscene, but eve
ryone was too hungry to care anyway. next was anoder chicken dish which seongho's table whacked ours and left us with oni chicken wings (thanks seongho! -.-) then they serve those kaya balls which made everyone at the next table really high o.O then during the dinner, they brought out the nominess for Mr and Ms Night, where madeleine and minshen terrorise the poor souls on stage. nonetheless, everyone was enjoyin themselves dat time (except the nominess i guess =P ) the other performances were some guy fr upper6B who strummed his guitar, happily mumbling bout smthg before that...guess the kaya balls did dat to him. then there was anoder dance performances by chewyik, shihui, ailing, aipeng, and sweeling. kinda cool dance moves to the "it's gonna b me" song by nsync. then seiwyen played this really weird chinese version of a xylophone (dunno how 2 say it in mandarin,hehe), which she played really awesome, made everyone stop eating to watch her (btw, dat instrument is supposedly cost rm3000++ o.O) and then there was of course, shannon(ex-president of form6 council), gaikli(newest president) and ms yau(adviser) dancing on stage, hehe..
the people you normally see in school, totally looked different that night. it was great to see the shy people in their beautiful dresses, with makeup on. they really outshine the others. and the crazy people came in their bizzare attire, like winnie-the-pooh tie (sorry kwongpin!)
it was really fun, that night....i can't wait til next year! ^.^
