Confused

Last night, I was waiting patiently with Jo to find out which course the government would throw at me. And at 12.30am, i just keyed in my IC number n Angka Giliran. My heart was thumping loudly. And the result was this:

Dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa anda TIDAK BERJAYA
dalam permohonan kemasukan ke IPTA Program Pengajian Lepasan STPM/Setaraf bagi Sesi Akademik 2008/2009

Right..................

I thought there would be some mistake. Maybe they haven't updated the website right? That was when my friend told me that he has gotten his 1st choice to study in UM. I started going crazy. No way that I didn't get anything. I know i didn't pass with flying colours. But come on.... I thought I would at least get something with my 2Bs+. And I didn't have a F in any course.

I asked my friend to double check for me. Same result.

I was like what the fcuk, whatever la. Go sleep first. Then today I found out that I had friends with lousier results than me have gotten courses that the government has chosen for them.

I chose courses that reach its requirement. I chose courses that no one would want to take, like some multimedia course in ums. I wasn't even "dilelongkan"

Wow, my sister's right. I must be too good for the government to go to any local universities, lol.
