FINAL PROJECT!

Yes, i'm breaking my one-word-title rule once more...

I feel this post is a lil extra special, cos this project will be my last before my 1st year. I can't wait to able to call myself a Graphic Design student :D

Which means there will be no more FCA26. Hmm... :(

Anyhow...

My last project is divided into two: graphic design (GD) and interior architecture design (IAD). this is an individual project. those who wish to pursue their degree in GD may carry on with the final project in GD, and vice versa. a few of my classmates chose GD (although they wish to carry on studying in IAD) because GD is a lower budget compare to IAD (IAD needs to buy alot of materials to build their structure).

So for GD final project, we can design anything we want, as long we stick to the theme that will be given by the lecturer. it can be poster designs, postcard designs, product packaging... anything at all! as for IAD, they're suppose to build a lounge depicting the theme.

So... 6 groups in the class means 6 different themes. Ms Karen decided that we should do a lucky draw. she mentioned that one of the topics is very wide. might be abit boring, but interesting. *gulp* Kent went as our group representative and drew. then when he opened the paper, all our mouths dropped.

Now.................... one of the MAIN REASONS i joined this course is to avoid SCIENCE.

and what did we get?

....

*drum rolls please*

SCIENCE/BIOLOGY/MATH/etc. etc.

HohO~~~~ the whole class laughed at us. what kind of theme is this?????

me: ms karen, i come here to avoid science. what is this????
ms karen: MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA *evil grin*

Okok, she didn't really laugh like that. she said "I told you this is an interesting theme ^^"

I went righttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt.... ok................................. now what?

But after a few hours, i realised how interesting our theme is. others had the conventional ones: flowers&fruits, buildings&bla bla, land sky bla bla, fashion&music (i want that!! T_T), and underwater.

This is gonna be a huge challenge for me. am torn between science and astronomy now (is astrology a science?)
